Frichot Lawyers has introduced intellectual property to its Commercial Law team

Jun 4, 2021

Frichot Lawyers now has a dedicated team to file and register your trade mark applications in Australia and overseas, and provide advice to you regarding intellectual property generally.

  • Are you running a business?
  • Do you want to protect your rights to be the only user of your business name or logo and prevent others from using it?
  • Have you considered registering a trade mark but haven’t got around to it?
  • Have you been running a business and are not 100% certain of your rights to use the business name?
  • Are you concerned that the business name someone else is using is too similar to yours?
  • Are you setting up a business and want to get your brand protection right from the start?
  • Do you just love a business name you have created and want to register it now in preparation for future plans?
  • Are you in an established business and wish to do an audit of the business’ trade marks or other intellectual property interests, to know exactly what the business’ rights are?

If any of the above questions ring true to you, now is the time to contact Frichot Lawyers. If you invest in registering your trade mark now, the costs to defend your brand in the face of any issues in the future will likely be far less – to the tune of thousands of dollars.

When running a business, trade marks are often put down the “To-do” list, which can be detrimental and more costly in the long run. The team at Frichot Lawyers would be happy to meet you for an introductory consultation to discuss your intellectual property rights and needs and any other legal needs relating to your business.
