I am outcome focused and hardworking.

I graduated from the University of Notre Dame Australia.  I am a General Public Notary for the State of Western Australia and an admitted Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia.

I am a Practice Director at Frichot Lawyers and lead our management team. I also lead our Wills and Estate team, practising in wills and estates, estate litigation and dispute resolution.

I help my clients by:

• Resolving contested estate disputes;
• Issuing family provision claims;
• Drafting Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPAs), Enduring Powers of Guardianship (EPGs), ‘Simple’ Wills and ‘Smarter’ Wills;
• Handling the paperwork after someone has died; and
• Explaining legal documents in plain language.

Prior to joining Frichot Lawyers in 2008, I was a director of a boutique law firm where I gained valuable experience as a lawyer and as a small business proprietor. This real-life experience means I understand the needs of my diverse client base and I am equipped to deliver practical solutions to achieve any legal objective.

Since becoming a director of Frichot Lawyers in 2012, I have  facilitated the firm’s growth.  I have been directly involved in restructuring the firm, upgrading the information technology systems, relocating its offices in Fremantle to the Manning Buildings, refining financial control and reporting processes and developing strategies that underpin the firm’s plans for further growth.

I am continually reviewing the firm’s business processes and promoting a strong performance culture to ensure that clients of Frichot Lawyers receive the highest standard of legal services.

I enjoy combining my leadership skills with my legal technical capability and knowledge gained through real-life experience.

This supports my supervision, guiding and mentoring of law graduates and junior lawyers on their journey towards a rewarding and fulfilling legal career.

My passion is to ensure our team delivers tangible, practical solutions for our diverse mix of clients, while providing an environment in which our people can thrive.

With strong connections within the Fremantle community, I am passionate about my interests as an active member of several local clubs and associations, volunteering my time as a committee member and organising events.
