Criminal Injuries Compensation

Most victims of crime are unaware that they have the right to claim for injuries suffered by criminal acts of others.

Under Western Australia’s Criminal Injury Compensation Act all victims of crime are able to claim just compensation. Similarly to Motor Vehicle or Public Liability Claims, victims of crime are able to receive compensation for pain suffered, loss of income, past and future medical treatment, medication and travelling.
