Mark is widely recognised as a facilitator, coach, trainer, consultant and public speaker around Strategy, Workplace Culture, Leadership Development, Change Management, Business Development & Marketing. Mark has a background in Work & Organisational Psychology. He possesses a multitude of certifications/accreditations for individual and workplace profiling. His consulting experience spans some 15 years.

He has worked across a wide range of industries during his career from Professional Services, including Accounting, Legal, Insurance, ICT as well as Architectural, Engineering and Construction, Oil and Gas, Mining, Services to Mining and Oil & Gas, Aged Care, Local Government, State Government and FMCG amongst others. Mark has sat on a number of Not-For-Profit and Government boards and industry committees and groups both in his field, but also across different industries, holding Chair and Deputy Chair roles.

Having moved into senior leadership roles in his mid 20’s, Mark went onto start his own business which he ran for 10 years working with clients across the Asia-Pacific. He decided it was time to shift his focus and joined Frichot & Frichot in 2019 to support the Board of Directors with the strategic direction of the firm, managing impending change around growth, office relocation, workplace culture, and offering coaching support to team members around performance and business development.
