Andrew Websdane LLB graduated from the University of Western Australia in April 1996 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in December 1997.
Andrew’s experience enables him to provide quality, affordable, advice and representation in commercial matters (including drafting and review of contracts, leases and franchise agreements), wills and deceased estates, litigation and liquor licensing.
Since 1998, Andrew has been assisting clients to achieve their liquor licensing objectives, having successfully obtained government planning and liquor licensing approval for new developments ranging from large–scale tourist resorts, wineries and microbreweries through to liquor stores, restaurants and small bars. Andrew has also worked with local government, industry professionals and residents to present their concerns about the potential impact of new licence developments on the community, and has represented the interests of clients both before the Director of Liquor Licensing and in the Liquor Commission of Western Australia.
